We're excited to be premier sponsors of this year's Aite Financial Crime Forum, where we'll be discussing the rise of online scams, asking why customers are so vulnerable to them, and are we adopting the right technologies to tackle them? With such shifts in the payment and fraud landscape, this year's theme Combating FinCrime in 2022 and Beyond couldn't be more relevant.
Come and join the conversation at booth #3:
- Realtime payments – it brings with it huge benefits, but are we prepared for the risks?
- How to reduce false declines, without jeopardizing UX or security (which will be discussed in the below panel discussion)
- Detect, Intervene and Protect against online scams.
Panel session:
Declines to approves to create a win win for you and your customers
Monday, 19 September 2022, 15:00 - 15:45
False declines have been around forever but unfortunately, we are still talking about them. They hurt not only the financial institution but consumers too. That pain manifests itself in wasted marketing dollars, lost sales, dissatisfied clients, and failed conversion of new customers. Reducing or eliminating false declines can have significant business benefits. Growing revenue has traditionally focused on looking outward to attract more clients. Now is the time to look inwardly at internal authentication and fraud systems to drive down false declines, grow revenues, and put a smile on your customers’ faces.
