Callsign named as Leader in Javelin Strategy & Research’s Authentication and Identity-Proofing Scorecard

Callsign have been named as a Leader in Product Vitals in Javelin Strategy & Research’s 2024 Authentication and Identity-Proofing Vendor Solutions Scorecard report.

The scorecard comprises of 26 authentication and identity-proofing vendors, evaluated by Javelin analysts across 168 criteria, spanning three categories – Product Vitals, Product Features, and Product Administration. Of these three categories, Javelin analysts identify Product Vitals as being the most critical, and, thus, the most-heavily weighted.

Javelin evaluated the Callsign platform assessing our capabilities across intelligence, orchestration and authentication. ​Our proprietary technology combines fraud models that detect bad actors with the highest-fidelity AI models that accurately identify a genuine individual to build a digital DNA profile for each user. The result is higher positive identification, greater fraud detection and fewer false positives. ​

Organizations are able to further ingest additional data sources to orchestrate the appropriate outcome, whether that’s notifying another system, stepping-up authentication, deploying dynamic questions or blocking the session.

Callsign’s unique capabilities meet the requirements for identity assurance certification as defined/outlined by the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) making Callsign one of only 13 vendors in the list to meet these requirements.
